Ground will be broken Monday at 9 a.m. next to Jefferson Middle and Memorial High Schools on the city's west side as construction gets under way on the Lussier Community Education Center.

The center will be a first of its kind in Wisconsin, a cooperative project involving the nonprofit Wexford Ridge Neighborhood Center, the Madison school district and the City of Madison.  read more »
